Integrity. As one of our shared values with ESCO Technologies, integrity is non-negotiable at Doble. We always strive to do what is right and when we fall short, we own up to our mistakes and take the necessary steps to correct them. We focus on making decisions that have a positive impact on our customers, partners, employees, stakeholders and the world and take accountability for the outcomes of those decisions.
Collaboration. Doble is a global company with locations, partners and employees all over the world. This means collaborating with a variety of people who speak different languages, have different work styles and come from different cultures. Safety. Safety is at the heart of everything we do at Doble. Starting in 1920, Frank Doble’s first invention was a seven-pound safety telephone engineers could use to communicate with each other across intense, high voltage transmission lines. Ever since Doble has been committed to protecting the safety of today’s engineers, field technicians, laboratory workers, our own employees and beyond. We diligently follow safety guidelines, policies and procedures and continually improve our safety performance through constant vigilance, avoiding shortcuts and paying close attention to detail.
